Come in. Lie down, close your eyes. Let yourself drift, without falling asleep. Trust that whoever it is that hears your thoughts and prayers has already heard yours. Not only have they heard what you’ve already asked for, they’ve also heard what you haven’t thought to ask for. They’ve known all along. Even before you walked in. So stop talking, stop the mind chatter, and just listen; let the universe bring you whatever it decides you need. Just lie there and be as open to experiencing nothing as you are to experiencing something. In that openness, your experience will arrive.
